Refund Policy

Our commitment to transparency and project support.

No Refunds on Digital Purchases

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital goods, software licenses, and early-access content, Blue Directive Studios cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once access has been granted or downloadable content has been delivered. This policy applies to all products, including:

  • Full game digital downloads and early builds.
  • Software license keys and assignments.
  • Supporter tiers and premium digital bonuses.
  • Pre-Alpha and Early Access development content.

Development & Early Access

Many of our projects are actively in development and subject to change. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the software is not in its final state. You may experience bugs, performance issues, or features that are currently in progress.

Access may be revoked for violations of our community guidelines or terms of service; such revocations are not valid grounds for a refund request.

Limited Exceptions

At the sole discretion of Blue Directive Studios, a refund may be considered only in the following scenarios:

  • Duplicate Charges: You were charged more than once for the same product due to a confirmed processing error.
  • Permanent Technical Block: A confirmed technical issue on our end permanently prevents access and cannot be resolved by our support team.

To request an investigation into such a case, you must contact our support team within 7 days of your initial purchase.
